Photo postcard shows two sides of Dr. Crawford's dental office and residence including a first floor front porch decorated with stone façade and wood siding, shingled second floor gambrel style roof with four front windows gabled under one roof sash. Painted on the front door and first floor windows are "DENTIST" and "OFFICE." Mounted on a wooden pole in front of the home is a sign that reads: DR. CRAWFORD, DENTIST. Small, leafless trees are planted in front of the home.

Back of the postcard reads: "A Merry Christmas and A Happy New Year," postmarked December 1908, Crandon, Wisconsin with a green, one cent , US Postage stamp. The addressee's name is illegible, possibly C. Weigans, with no street or town listed.
